Q:How do I create a playlist?
Navigate to any soundscape and click the "Add to Playlist" button. You can create a new playlist or add to an existing one from the dropdown menu.
Q:How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Account > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Q:What audio formats do you support?
We stream all audio in 320kbps MP3 format for optimal quality and compatibility across all devices.
Q:Can I use SOUNDMIND offline?
Offline listening is not available yet, but it's coming in future updates! For now, you'll need an internet connection to stream our audio library.
Q:How do I enable the sleep timer?
During playback, click the timer icon in the player controls and select your desired duration (15min, 30min, 1hr, or custom).
Q:What devices are supported?
SOUNDMIND works on any modern web browser. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
